Many months ago we attended a meeting with the aim to provide a quote for rather a large flooring installation. The scope of the works was to install Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and carpet at Tower Building in Liverpool owned by RBH Properties is a magnificent historic iconic property near to Liverpool station.
‘headoffice3 were appointed as Main Contractor for the conversion of 2 floors of the Tower Building and 9 previously started units on the upper floors to create 41 large and luxurious city centre apartments. The exciting contract consisted of the restoration of this Edwardian building to it’s former glory with a full renovation taking place to the exterior terracotta and granite façade, window repairs, new roof and terraces, in conjunction with the works. The near £5m investment into this listed building by the new landlords includes various reinstatements of original Edwardian feature, such as period panelling.’ – source: headoffice3 website
Our involvement in the project commenced earlier this year with the installation of approximately 2,200m2 of LVT and over 1,000m2 carpet on Cloud9 underlay.
